How it works

1

Tell us what you do

Pick your trades, the regions you cover and the size of job you want, for example £25k to £250k.

2

We read every tender

Every hour we pull new notices from the UK government's official tender sites and summarise each one: the work, the requirements, and anything that makes it hard for a small firm.

3

One email each morning

Only tenders you haven't seen, best fits first, with the deadline and a link to the official notice. On quiet days we don't email you at all.

Why not just search the government sites?

You can, and they're free. Most small firms don't have time to dig through them every day.

Questions

Where do the tenders come from?

From Find a Tender and Contracts Finder, the UK government's official sites where public bodies publish their contracts. We read both every hour.

Will I see every small job?

You'll see every job that's published. Public bodies only have to advertise contracts above roughly £12,000 to £30,000, depending on the buyer, so many very small jobs are never published anywhere. Most of what we send is between about £30,000 and a few million.

Who writes the summaries?

An AI model reads each official notice and writes a short plain-English summary, the key requirements and any warning signs. It can make mistakes, so always read the official notice, linked in every email, before you bid.

Can you help me win the tender?

We find and explain the opportunities; the bid is yours. Each tender links to the official notice and the buyer's documents.
